MOOG launches in 2021 a rotative embossing press. We developed a press with a single pressure cylinder for more stability to get a perfect result. Additionally, for the demand of cutting and creasing MOOG designed a super-fine pressure adjustment system. The most common application will be the blind embossing with traditional embossing cylinders. The climate-friendly solution is blind embossing for visual and tactile effects. In combination with an already rotogravure printed shiny gold, silver or varnish the effect is more visible. The combination with debossed hidden images is possible with the same cylinder for the product safety.
